We put our heart in everything we do.
Staying Grounded Together
With Thanksgiving fast approaching we often find ourselves rushing around, trying to get everything done. Doctors appointments, grocery shopping, and general prepping can make us feel like we can never catch a break. Amidst all of the Holiday craziness, being mindful and present can help ground us and remind us of what's important.
Practicing gratitude can be as simple as taking a breath and whispering things that we're thankful for can help us slow down and reconnect with our loved ones. Turning gratitude practices into a family activity, not only boosts happiness, but also will strengthen relationships, improve emotional tenacity, and helps everyone in the home stay grounded.
Whether you're always on the go or have some free time at home, there's always ways to make space to practice gratitude. Read along for gratitude practices to help you and your loved ones stay grounded and connected.
Celebrate Small Wins
Every night take a moment to focus on achievable daily positives. At the end of each day when the family is winding down for the night, take a minute to gather and share your small win for the day. These can be based on measurable achievements or tiny joys.
Create Gratitude Stones/ Token
Keep a small basket of smooth stones, buttons, or even beads.
Each family member picks one when some good happens, big or small
Place it in a clear jar
Over time the jar will become a visual representation of thankful moments

What Does Specialized Care Look Like at Home?
Healing at Home
For families of medically fragile children, home is more than a place of comfort—it’s the center of healing, growth, and connection. Skilled nursing in the home is designed to bring high-quality medical care directly to that environment, allowing children to flourish where they feel safest and most supported.
Our pediatric nurses deliver compassionate, family-centered care tailored to each child’s unique needs. This may include managing complex medical equipment, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, supporting feeding and respiratory needs, or coordinating therapy routines. But beyond the clinical skills, our nurses offer something just as important: a reassuring presence, a calming voice, and a commitment to celebrating every milestone—big or small.
It Takes a Village
We understand the challenges parents face when caring for a medically fragile child. Our goal is to lift some of that weight from your shoulders. By providing consistent, knowledgeable, and loving care, we help families reclaim time for rest, for connection, and for simply being a family.
As an essential part of your child’s care team, we work closely with physicians, therapists, and specialists to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care. We advocate for your child’s needs, collaborate on goals, and help make sure every care plan supports their growth, comfort, and well-being.
